How long it takes

In-stock items are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of your payment clearing. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days of payment clearing. Remote addresses can run a little longer, and if yours is one of them we will tell you rather than let you wonder. Built-to-order items carry their own lead time, which we confirm with you in writing before you pay.

What it costs

Delivery to the lower 48 United States is included in the price you see on this page. There is no separate freight charge added at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii and addresses outside the United States are quoted case by case, so please contact us before ordering if that applies to you.

How it ships

Equipment this size does not travel by parcel courier. Mowers, generators, sheds, gazebos, lifts and similar items ship by freight carrier, strapped to their own pallet and crated or wrapped for transit. Every shipment is insured for its full value while it is on the road.

Arranging your delivery

Freight is never left unattended. The carrier will call you to book a delivery appointment, and someone over 18 needs to be there to receive it. Standard service is kerbside: the item comes off the truck on a lift gate and is set down at the end of your driveway or outside your door.

Heavy items are not a one-person job once they are on the ground, so have a second pair of hands ready, or tell us before dispatch if you need it brought inside or upstairs and we will price that extra service for you.

Check it before you sign

Inspect the crate and the item before you sign the driver's paperwork. If anything looks damaged, note it on the paperwork, take photographs, and email us within 48 hours at support@usagazebos.shop. Signing a clean receipt for a damaged shipment makes an insurance claim far harder, so those two minutes matter.

Tracking your order

You will receive confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and tracking details once the carrier collects it. You can also check progress any time on our order tracking page.
