Who qualifies
Wholesale pricing is available to registered businesses purchasing for commercial use or resale. You will need a business name, a registered address, and a resale certificate or tax registration number for your state.
Opening an account
Email support@usagazebos.shop with your business name, address, tax registration details, the equipment you are interested in and your expected annual volume. We respond within two business days with pricing and terms. There is no fee to open an account.
Minimum order
Wholesale pricing starts at three units per order, or a single order value above $15,000. Mixed categories count toward the same minimum.
Pricing and quotes
Trade pricing is quoted per order and held for 14 days. Pricing depends on model, quantity and delivery location. We do not publish a trade price list, because manufacturer allocation and freight vary too much for a fixed sheet to be honest.
Payment terms
First orders are prepaid in full by bank transfer or card. Net terms of 15 or 30 days may be offered after a trading history is established, subject to a credit check and a signed terms agreement.
Lead times and allocation
Current production machines are subject to manufacturer allocation. We confirm a realistic ship window in writing with every quote and update you if it moves. We would rather quote a longer date and beat it.
Delivery
Multi-unit orders ship consolidated on a single freight booking where possible. Dock delivery, inside delivery and installation can be quoted on request. Delivery outside the lower 48 is quoted individually.
Returns on trade orders
Trade orders are not covered by consumer change-of-mind returns. Transit damage, warranty faults and short shipments are covered exactly as they are for retail customers.
Resale conditions
You may resell equipment purchased from us. You may not represent yourself as an authorised service centre for a manufacturer unless that manufacturer has appointed you, and you may not use our branding or product photography to imply a partnership that does not exist.
