This Billing Policy explains how and when we bill you, what happens to your money at each stage, and how refunds are issued.
One payment, taken once
We bill the full order total in a single payment. We do not run subscriptions, recurring charges, instalment plans or stored-card billing of any kind. If you ever see a repeating charge from us, it is an error and we will refund it immediately.
Deposits
For special orders and made-to-order machines we may agree a deposit with the balance due before shipment. A deposit is only ever taken by written agreement with you, and the amount and the balance date are confirmed by email before you pay anything.
Sales tax
We collect sales tax where we are required to. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and is shown as a separate line before you pay. If you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate, email it to support@usagazebos.shop before ordering and we will apply the exemption to your order.
Invoices and receipts
You receive an emailed receipt when payment clears. A formal invoice showing your business name and any tax registration details is available on request at no charge.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds are submitted within 3 business days of approval and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Bank transfer refunds are sent within 5 business days.
We do not issue refunds as store credit unless you ask for it.
Partial refunds
Where only part of an order is refunded, for example a single accessory in a multi-item order, the refund is calculated on the item price actually paid plus any tax charged on that item.
Cancellations
You may cancel any order for a full refund at any point before it ships. Email support@usagazebos.shop with your order number. Once a machine has been crated and collected by the freight carrier, our Refund and Return Policy applies instead.
