Is everything you sell factory sealed?

Yes. Booster boxes, booster packs, elite trainer boxes, and hobby boxes ship exactly as we receive them from the manufacturer or authorized distributor, factory sealed and untampered with.

Can I return a sealed box after opening it?

No. Because the contents of sealed packs and boxes are randomized by the manufacturer, we can’t accept returns on anything that’s been opened or resealed. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on the carrier. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, standard shipping is free on all US orders over $100.
