How we ship

Everything we sell is too large and too valuable for a parcel service. Ride mowers, generators, sheds, gazebos and other large items ship by freight carrier, strapped to their own pallet and crated or wrapped for transit. Every shipment is insured for its full value.

What it costs

Delivery to the lower 48 United States is included in the listed price. There is no separate freight charge at checkout. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States is quoted case by case, so contact us before ordering if that applies to you.

Processing and lead time

In-stock items are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of your payment clearing. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days of your payment clearing. Remote addresses can run slightly longer and we will tell you if yours is one of them. Built-to-order and made-to-measure items carry their own lead time, which we confirm with you in writing before you pay.

Booking your delivery

Freight is not left unattended. The carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery appointment, and somebody over 18 needs to be present to receive it. Standard service is kerbside: the machine comes off the truck on a lift gate and is placed at the end of your driveway or outside your door. If you need it brought inside or up stairs, tell us before dispatch and we will price the extra service.

Check it before you sign

Inspect the crate and the machine before signing the delivery paperwork. If you see damage, note it on the paperwork, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours at support@usagazebos.shop. Signing a clean receipt for a damaged shipment makes an insurance claim much harder, so it is worth the two minutes.

Questions

Email support@usagazebos.shop before you order if anything about access, timing or location is uncertain. We would rather sort it out up front.
